Ivorian by birth and African by essence, Manan’s ambition has always been to bring the riches of African cuisine to the world. Since childhood, she has been inspired by the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of her native Côte d’Ivoire, and by the incredible culinary diversity of the African continent.
